Everything was great! The roof was only 6 months old but our inspector was very thorough and found a manufacturer defect. This potentially saved us thousands! — Christine S – September 3, 2017

Top 2 Bottom came highly recommended by my realtor who gave great praises to this group and I must say that they lived up to every expectation. We chose to have a 3rd party inspection done of our new construction home that we are purchasing and I am extremely glad that we chose Top 2 Bottom. As their name states, they went through every detail of the property and Forrest was extremely knowledgeable of his craft. He didn’t mind me looking over his shoulder and he took time out to explain every step he was taking and why it was important. He showed up early and got right to work. Top 2 Bottom’s equipment is state-of-the art. Being a techy person, I was extremely impressed with the Thermal imaging and foundation level that they used. A+++” . Wild Child — Google Review
